Account

Why do I need to register?
An account is required to place an order, download invoices, and track your order status via your registered email.

How can I change my email address?
Log in to “My Account” → “Profile” → “Edit Information”.

How can I change my password?
Log in to “My Account” → “Change Password”.

What if I forget my password?
Click “Forgot Password” at login, and a reset email will be sent. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Why am I not receiving any notification emails?
Please check your spam/junk folder. Add our email to your contact list to ensure future delivery.


Orders

Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, phone orders are available. You can also place your order through our website.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Card, and E-Transfer.

What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 EST. Outside business hours, you may leave a message via our contact form, WeChat, or email. We will respond on the next business day.

I cannot find the product I want on your website. What should I do?
Please reach out via the contact form or WeChat with your requirements. We will reply within 72 hours with a custom quote. We also offer special finishes such as folding, die-cutting, and Pantone spot colors.

Can I change or cancel an order after final approval?
No. Once the artwork is approved, it immediately goes into production. Please review your files carefully before approval.

How long is the production time?
Production time is counted from the moment the file is approved, and varies by product (see product pages). Orders approved after 19:00 EST will be counted as the next business day.

Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?
Please refer to the available quantity options on each product page. For custom quantities, contact us directly.

What if I am not satisfied with the print quality?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Send photos and a description of the issue to info@lunarprint.ca. Once confirmed as a quality issue, we will arrange a reprint.
