1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this website (including placing orders), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Canadian laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
La Lunar Printing Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

2. Office Hours

Our office hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday. Inquiries received outside business hours will be addressed on the next working day.

 

3. Orders, Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • If La Lunar Printing Inc. verifies an error on our part, we will reprint the affected order at no additional cost.

  • No refunds, credits, or cancellations are provided once a job has entered production. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production.

 

4. Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) and shipping charges will be added at checkout.
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • Debit Card

  • E-Transfer (order number must be included in the transfer memo)

Orders enter production only after full payment is received.

 

5. Customer Content & License

By uploading artwork or files, you represent that you own or have rights to all included content. You grant La Lunar Printing Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for:

  • Print production

  • Proofing

  • Internal training

  • Portfolio or sample display (unless you request otherwise in writing)

La Lunar Printing Inc. is not responsible for errors in customer-provided files, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, resolution, or colour settings.

 

6. File & Print Standards

To ensure best results, customers must provide files that meet industry standards:

  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at final size.

  • Colour Mode: CMYK only (RGB files will be converted, and colour shifts may occur).

  • Bleed: At least 0.125" on all sides.

  • Safe Zone: Keep critical text/logos at least 0.2" inside trim lines.

  • Fonts: All fonts must be outlined or embedded.

Minor variations in colour (±10%), trim (1–2 mm), and finishing (3–5% production loss in specialty processes) are standard in the printing industry and not grounds for reprint or refund.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall La Lunar Printing Inc., its suppliers, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order in question.

 

8. Privacy Policy

La Lunar Printing Inc. values your privacy. We only collect information necessary to fulfill your orders. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or to complete transactions (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).

All data is handled in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada.

 

9. International Orders

For cross-border shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through mediation or arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be heard exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
